I hereby agree that all consignment items brought to Miss Scarlet's Consignment Boutique will be displayed and priced at the discretion of the boutique staff. Items that do not sell within 60 days will be discounted 50%. Items that do not sell after 90 days may be picked up by consignor within 5 days or will become store property.

I hereby agree that Miss Scarlet's Consignment Boutique will not be held responsible for items in case of theft, fire, earthquake, flood, missing tags, etc.

I fully understand that my commission is 50% of the items sold price [price may be affected by sales, coupons or other store promotions]. Consignor money may be used for store credit at any time. Checks are processed after the 7^th of the month and may be picked up. We do not mail checks. Any check not picked up after 60 days will be forfeited.
